Ticket information
You can purchase tickets for the Long Night of Museums 2026 online in our ticket shop. On 29 August, tickets will also be available at all participating museums.
- Tickets cost 23 euros, reduced 17 euros.
- Until 16 August 2026, you can purchase an early bird ticket for 15 euros, reduced 12 euros.
- Children up to 12 years are free of charge.
Please book a free children’s ticket for each child and carry it with you during the Long Night of Museums. Children’s tickets are only available in our online shop – there in combination with a paid ticket – as well as at the box offices of all participating museums.
Your ticket is valid for admission to all participating museums from 6 pm on the day of the event.
Other times apply in individual museums:
- For the Labyrinth Children’s Museum and the MACHmit! Children’s Museum, tickets are valid from 4 pm.
- For the Berlin-Hohenschönhausen Memorial, tickets are valid from 5 pm.
- For the Wilhelm Foerster Observatory, tickets are valid from 8 pm.
The opening hours of the individual museums can be found directly at the respective venues.
You can also use our shuttle service for the Long Night of Museums with your ticket.
Ermäßigungsberechtigt sind:
- school students
- trainees or apprentices
- university students
- people completing a voluntary social year or federal voluntary service (FSJ/BFD)
- Berlin residents with proof of eligibility or a berlinpass-BuT
- Recipients of state benefits (basic income support for jobseekers (Grundsicherungsgeld), social assistance, basic income support in old age and in case of reduced earning capacity,, housing benefit, or benefits under the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act)
- People with a severe disability (degree of disability of 50 or more)
Companions of a person with a severe disability who has the “B” mark in their disability ID have free admission and do not need a ticket.
Please make sure that you keep your proof of eligibility with you at all times during the Long Night of Museums.
Annual passes of Berlin museums and membership cards of the ICOM (International Council of Museums) and the DMB (German Museums Association) are not valid during the Long Night of Museums.
