On 29 August 2026, over 50,000 people flocked to 75 museums in Berlin, which remained open well past midnight. The theme of this Long Night of Museums, Crime, was reflected throughout the programme.

FAQ

From August 3 to August 16, tickets cost 15 euros, reduced price is 12 euros, afterwards 23 euros, reduced price is 17 euros. Children up to the age of 12 have free admission, but require a free children’s ticket.  All information on reduced tickets and free children’s tickets can be found on the ticket information page.

The ticket allows you to visit all participating museums and to use the Long Night of Museums’ shuttle service, which this year will include buses, historical S-Bahn trains, and Rickshaw Shuttles.

Tickets for the Long Night of Museums are available in the online shop on this website. On the day of the event, tickets will also be available at all the participating museums.

In 2026, 75 Berlin museums, exhibition venues, memorial sites and other special locations will be taking part in the Long Night of Museums. You can find them in the list of participating museums.
