An elevator is available in the building. Our staff will accomany you there. There are texts in German and English in the exhibition rooms. The Great Orangery is at ground level.
Several generations of the Prussian royal family lived in what is now Berlin’s largest preserved palace complex. The magnificent rooms, halls and cabinets were restored after the Second World War and are today a standing invitation to visitors to stroll around. The Great Orangery was originally a greenhouse and, to this day, serves as a venue for lavish celebrations.
