German Museum of Technology
The main building on Trebbiner Straße is accessible without steps. An information desk in the entrance area provides tactile floor plans, models and information in audio and Braille about the permanent exhibitions. All floors are accessible by elevator. Many areas offer seating, tactile guidance systems, and barrier-free exhibits. Assistance dogs are welcome.
Detailed information on barrier-free access can be found here: Further information
The German Museum of Technology vividly conveys the cultural history of technology. Hands-on exhibits, multimedia stations and demonstrations make the museum a lively place of learning. This year, the main building will be open for the Long Night of Museums, inviting you to visit the popular exhibitions on shipping and aerospace, among other things.
