The museum is not barrier-free.
The underground has been connecting Berlin’s city districts since 1902. With more than 300 individual items, this BVG (Berlin’s public transport company) museum tells visitors all about the history of the underground in Berlin. Exhibits include, among other things, a still-functioning lever signal box from 1931, driving switches and an original clock station. Special trips on vintage underground trains are offered several times a year.
