The Altes Museum is Berlin's first museum building and is considered the nucleus of the Museum Island. Built between 1823 and 1830 by Karl Friedrich Schinkel, it is one of the most important buildings of classicism. The guided tour sheds light on exciting details about the architecture and history of the building.
