  • Open from 18:00 until 02:00

  • For fire safety reasons, a maximum of 200 people can stay in the visitor centre. All visitors must undergo a security/baggage check. Large items of luggage and liquids are not allowed. Photography is not allowed in the exhibition.

The visitor center is barrier-free. It is accessible for wheelchair users via ramps and also via the specially prepared disabled entrance. Assistance is provided for the visually impaired and blind, as well as for the hearing impaired and deaf.

The headquarters of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Germany is a top-secret fortress. The visitor centre offers talks on the history and working methods of this federal authority. A multimedia exhibition provides visitors with deeper insights. Previously, only registered group tours were permitted. The visitor centre has been open to individual visitors since the beginning of August.
