New Realities
Stories of Art, AI & Work
The exhibition ‘New Realities. Stories of Art, AI & Work’ presents an excitingly curated show of photorealistic AI images that sheds light on the interaction between humans and AI. The exhibition also shows the value of digital work and the new working conditions of data workers, the so-called Annotators.
Guests are immersed in a world of stories surrounding the “workplace” that the curators Dr. Annabelle Hornung, Maren Burghard and Stephanie Müller created in the exhibition space based on an AI prompt. The content and objects – notes and posters on the walls, photos and postcards on the desk and audio stations – are the result of a creative collaboration with the AI. It becomes clear that the representation of reality by AI is not always unproblematic.
The use of walking aids, wheelchairs and pushchairs is possible in our museum. Technical facilities for barrier-free access (lifts, lift, toilet) are available.
