# A long night dedicated to love

Every Long Night of Museums in Berlin is unique. Each year, new museums open their doors, while special exhibitions or newly arranged spaces entice visitors to set out on a journey of discovery. The programme is different every time as well. This year's theme is all about love. Discover famous couples from history and mythology and hear stories of secret affairs and tragic romances among artists. Find out what heartbreak does to your body and mind, or how investigations were carried out in the former GDR. Dance the night away at the Venetian masquerade ball and sing along to the most beautiful love songs!
